Andy Grant is a Managing Partner at full service marketing agency Junction, formed in October 2014 with another industry heavy weight Steve Kemish. Previously, Andy ran a highly successful channel consultancy firm, Bowan Arrow, advising global brands such as VMware, Avaya, ShoreTel, Brocade and HP on their channel partners, marketing – go to market, marketing programmes and MDF offerings.

Andy has always had the partner at the heart of his marketing philosophy. He believes that the way in which channel marketers communicate and influence end users has changed dramatically over the past seven years. Partner marketers understand the importance of a brand and its online reputation. They have adapted their marketing strategies to incorporate modern marketing tactics, ensuring the right messages are reaching the right audiences using the most appropriate communication channels.
