Dynamic local marketing business shows “There’s another way”
When business partners Frank & Steve sat down to talk about how they could work together on a modern, fresh approach to running a marketing agency, not even they could anticipate how well their first year would go.
Having been colleagues at a previous business, local Milton Keynes resident, Frank, hatched a plan with Steve, from nearby Oxfordshire, to take the learning’s from where they met and take the positive, enjoyable and rewarding aspects to build a talented and capable marketing agency in Milton Keynes.
One year on their approach; to offer both internet and traditional marketing services, such as telemarketing, to a range of local and global businesses, has been well received. Working under the umbrella brand of Junction, they have even been shortlisted for a Marketing Agency of the Year award in that time.
Frank explained more about what makes the Junction marketing business different.
“Steve and I learnt a lot from our time at a previous marketing agency and when we sat down together it was clear we both share the same passion and views on this industry and the wider of world of business. Our staff are key and ensuring that we have a positive and rewarding workplace is the key to success. We have built a team culture that balances doing the best possible job for the client with ensuring everyone gains a work/life balance that’s right for them.”

Steve tells us more about why they chose Milton Keynes.
“Although Junction was founded in Oxfordshire, we knew that Milton Keynes would give us the perfect environment to establish our second office; not only is there a supply of smart local talent to help ensure we build the best possible team, but it’s well located for our various clients. We work with IT, technology, education and publishing brands in the local area and also from their bases in London and the M4 corridor.”
