We founded Junction in 2014 opening up other avenues for organisations looking to maximise their marketing budgets (their own and discretionary partner spend) and to harmonise the through-the-channel and direct end-user approaches.

Our small yet powerful core team, from founder Steve Kemish through, share a clear vision that works for us and works for our clients. The entire team, including the directors, is involved in campaigns from initial scoping to project completion, supported by a talent pool of associate creatives, tech specialists and subject matter experts. We don’t ‘do’ staff hierarchies which we feel our clients really appreciate. By drawing upon this expertise as and when we need to, we keep overheads low and offer scalable marketing. The result is a personal service that truly does represent value. In the agency world, we are quite unique.
