Akamai is a leading technology vendor that works with many international brands. They needed to find a way to engage very senior decision makers at key target partner companies across Europe.
Brief to Junction
Junction were tasked with managing the first EMEA Partner Advisory Board (PAB) in Lisbon. This PAB event was attended by senior EMEA executives from Akamai and 16 partner representatives such as BT, Orange & Telefonica.
Set Up & Management – Create a detailed project plan, and understand key stakeholders and Akamai approval process. Working closely with key internal stakeholders to shape and manage the 3 day event and agenda. Format & production of PAB slides & management of various content to agreed timelines.
Event Facilitation – Hotel Liaison Management e.g. Partners, accommodation, dietary requirements, AV . Working closely with all stakeholders to agree and set up the event Agenda & Content Management, Key Stakeholder Management. Production of Final Report – Summarising key topics discussed, detailing follow up action & owners.
